Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Keystone Apps ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Cleaner iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Description of the App

Cleaner is a utility app that helps you review and remove duplicate or unwanted photos, merge duplicate contacts, clear out old calendar events and completed reminders, and optionally store private photos, videos, and contacts — and browse the web — inside a PIN- and Face ID–protected "Secret Space" on your device. Cleaner offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions described in Subscriptions & Purchases below.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service (the "Usage Rules" set out in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions).

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law permits it;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Cleaner is free to download, with optional Premium subscriptions that unlock unlimited use of the App's cleanup tools beyond the free-tier limits. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly subscription; eligible new subscribers may be offered a free trial on the Weekly plan. The following terms apply to all subscriptions purchased through the App:

• Price and duration are shown in the App and in the App Store listing before you purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions — cancelling doesn't affect the current paid period, which remains active until it ends.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to:

• use the App in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App;
• use the App to process contacts, photos, or other data that you do not have the right to access;
• use the in-app Private Browser to access content that is illegal in your jurisdiction;
• interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security features, including the Secret Space PIN and Face ID protection.

Third-Party Services

Cleaner uses Firebase (a Google service) for usage analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and remote configuration, and its in-app Private Browser uses Google's public autocomplete-suggestion service. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. See our Privacy Policy for details. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, and underlying code, is owned by Keystone Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that duplicate/clutter detection will be 100% accurate — you're responsible for reviewing items (photos, contacts, calendar events, reminders) before deleting or merging them, and deletions performed through the App may not be recoverable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate (such as an in-app notice). Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
